Contract of Sale

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day of purchase.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer is required to inform us of his decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit declaration at this e-mail address: mandalatales@gmail.com
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
We will send you a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal without delay, in response by email.

Effects of withdrawal​​​​​​​

If the buyer withdraws from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us, including delivery costs if any (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, it will not incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement.
The refund will be made only and exclusively if the object, returned to our office, is intact and in the same physical condition of departure, otherwise no refund will be made.
You are responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
